The delivery took five days to reach Delhi. I had to collect the courier from the DTDC office, 20 kms from my house. Despite receiving the courier in Delhi, DTDC failed to deliver. I had flight to catch so spent additional INR 1000/- for taxi to collect the courier. This was not a good experience.
