Men’s Premium Spiked Golf Shoes – Lightweight

Sorry to say the product which I bought was one size small and had written to you for replacement, normally I wear size 9 but it was tight from the ankle as such asked for replacement which was confirmed by you the size I asked was 10.5 as you did not have 9.5/10.
After thought I asked for 9.5/10 size which you said was not available. I asked for refund but you said as I have opted for 10.5 it will not be possible. I worte when can you get there is no response.
If you send 10.5 it will be too big for me and of no use as such kindly refund the amount.
