False promises to customer

I had placed the order for cart bag, which I received in time. I was promised that along with the cart bag a rain cap would be sent free on my inquiry about any scheme with the bag. However same was not sent and despite reminding them on WhatsApp. Golbuy never responded back. I feel this is cheap gimmick to trap customers. I have uploaded the WhatsApp messages exchanged. Thanks

Motocaddy Golf Bag Lite Series

On the whole it’s a practical bag, However, have the following observations:-
The dividers are actually a fabric lining separating the dividers which generally give way after some usage as such the clubs start rattling and grips rub against each other. Rest, it’s satisfactory though other good brands are available online/offline.
